Today = writing thesis, mental breakdown, tears, counseling from bestie, meeting with supervisor, tears, laughter, confidence, scratched entire thesis (12 pages), mental breakdown, packing to run away, talk with husband, tears, ate feelings with Mc D's, gardening, relaxation, screaming in a pillow, light bulb, rewriting 5 pages, of thesis... deep breaths... confidence... Let's do this!
Current state: Rewriting Literature Review... but still breathing.
I'm really wondering if mental breakdowns are common among those of us working towards a degree like ours. I've been there for sure! So glad my husband stood by me too cause I was one CRAZY lady! In the end though you can remember the iconic words of Ernest Hemingway. "The world breaks everyone and afterward many are strong at the broken places." Survival of the fittest...right? haha Thinking of you dear. You will make it!!! It will be such a mountain to stand upon and scream with rapture when you get to the top!!
